How to delete your Quiz Millions account and associated data
Quiz Millions is published by Olisippo. You can delete your account and the data associated with it directly from inside the app at any time. The instructions below describe exactly how to do it and what is removed.
1. Open Quiz Millions on your device.
2. From the home screen, tap the settings (gear) icon in the top right.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm in the dialog.
Account deletion is processed immediately. Once you confirm, you cannot undo it.
The following data is removed from our active database the moment you confirm deletion:
• Your account and authentication identity (email address, and your link to Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or email/password if used)
• Your profile (display name, avatar selection)
• Multiplayer rooms you have hosted, including their settings and any cached state
• The link between your subscription record and your account
So that games other people hosted or played with you remain intact, the following records are kept but with your user identifier removed, meaning they can no longer be tied back to you:
• Your participation rows in multiplayer games other players hosted (your user reference is replaced with NULL)
• Aggregate, non-personal gameplay statistics used to maintain global leaderboards and improve question quality
Encrypted database backups containing the records above are retained for up to 30 days after deletion before being permanently overwritten. We may retain a minimal record longer than 30 days only where required by law (for example, billing records mandated by tax authorities, or records needed to investigate fraud or abuse).
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription, because subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, not by Quiz Millions. If you want to stop being charged, also cancel your subscription from your device's app store. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: open the Google Play Store → menu → Subscriptions.
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email nuno@rockhometown.fund from the address you registered with. Include the subject line "Delete my Quiz Millions account" so we can find your request quickly. We will process the deletion within 30 days.

Quiz Millions ("the app") is developed and operated by Nuno Ricardo Moura Fontes. This policy describes what information the app collects, how it is used, and what choices you have.
Depending on how you use the app, we may store your account identifier, display name, avatar preference, subscription status, game results, leaderboard statistics, and multiplayer room participation data. If you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, your authentication credentials are handled by the respective provider.
The app records gameplay data including completed games, answers given, scores, rankings, and question-level performance metrics. This data is used to run the game, maintain leaderboards, prevent cheating, and improve question quality over time.
When you join a multiplayer room, your display name, avatar, answers, score, and standings are visible to other players in that room as part of the game experience.
The app requests access to your device's camera only when you choose to scan a QR code to join a multiplayer game. The camera is used solely to detect a join code in the live preview. Camera images and video are never stored, transmitted, shared with third parties, or used for any other purpose, and the app does not access the camera in the background.
If you purchase a premium subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google through their respective app store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status to unlock premium features but do not have access to your payment details.
The app uses third-party infrastructure to provide its core features. Authentication, database storage, and real-time multiplayer are powered by Supabase. Subscription entitlements are managed by RevenueCat. Sign-in with Apple is handled by Apple, and Sign-in with Google is handled by Google. In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store on iOS and by Google Play Billing on Android. These providers process data on our behalf strictly to deliver app functionality. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure operated by our service providers. Data in transit between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
You can stop using the app at any time. If you use the account deletion feature in the app, your account-related data will be removed, subject to any technical, fraud-prevention, billing, or legal retention requirements.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
This policy may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means the updated policy applies to you.
